Andonis Katanos

Andonis was born in Constantinople. I was awarded a B.A degree in Anthropology and History of Art from S.U.N.Y. at New Paltz, New York. I combine photography, archaeology, and nature. Recently, I reside in Greece, cooperating with publishing houses and magazines. I have published articles with photos covering from Neolithic, Cycladic, Minoan, Mycenaean, Bronze Age, Geometric, Archaic, Classical, Hellenistic up to the Imperial Roman period. I have established an extensive image library covering such as archaeological sites, mythological landscapes, pottery, cult figurines, votive goods megalithic cyclopean structures, temples, oracle sites, metallurgical workshops, sculptures, jewelry, and various archaeological artifacts.
